Stevens & Associates provided civil engineering, site design, and environmental permitting services to GS Precision, Inc. Through the use of pervious asphalt, and pervious pavers, S&A offered additional parking solutions that connected existing parking locations, provided wetland buffer protection for the adjacent pond and wetlands, and improved campus safety including redesigning a loading dock area to improve worker conditions.
In addition to design services, S&A consulted with the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation to provide development services, sources and uses budgets, and financing for the building facilities, parking expansion, and construction management.
