DeWitt Block/47 Flat Street

Stevens & Associates is working together with M&S Development on the complete rehab of a long-empty, historic brick building located at 47 Flat Street in downtown Brattleboro. The completed building will offer 19 new, quality affordable housing units on floors two through five, and shared office space on the first floor. S&A is providing architecture, structural and civil engineering, and landscape architecture services.

M&S provided a full scope of funding development. Predevelopment included feasibility and financial proformas, development phase management including grant sourcing, tax credit and debt syndication. Project management for all project phases, including coordination of consultants and construction phase management were also provided.
