Stevens & Associates provided environmental permitting and site design services for the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Outpatient Building.
The 27,500 square foot, $6.5 million addition required substantial permitting effort and design coordination in order to keep the project on schedule and within the budget. This infill project provides three stories and 35 parking spaces on an in-town lot in a residential neighborhood.
S&A coordinated campus master planning and Act 250, stormwater and local zoning permits, as well as assisted with the certificate of need applicationĀ and led a public outreach campaign.
