Betsey Brackett

Betsey offers S&A 20 years of experience in direct marketing, project coordination, and account management.  Her experience includes a wide range of industries including Hi Tech Solutions, Medical Device Manufacturing, Higher Education, and working for one of the two largest check printers in the United States as a Marketing Planner for the B2B division.  Betsey is excited to apply her business knowledge within the areas of architecture, engineering and landscape architecture, as well as feed her interest in historic preservation and restoration.  In addition to her work at Stevens & Associates, Betsey enjoys volunteering in the community and traveling to new places with her family.

Ronna Rajaniemi

Ronna brings an abundance of graphic design experience to Stevens & Associates. Her background includes working in corporate, non-profit, small business and freelance settings. This broad range of experience gained over a 30 year career has honed her comprehension of and her ability to execute the creative process. Her penchant for details and fond attachment to managing multi-faceted, complex projects fuels her interest in developing and maintaining brand identity. Ronna is thrilled to be part of the S&A team, offering up her vision and skillset in support of an organization that builds meaningful places.

Ann Dillon

Chief Financial Officer

Ann is the CFO for Stevens & Associates and brings over 25 years of finance experience including project management, financial reporting and public accounting to this position.  In this role, she manages the company’s accounting, tax management, financial planning, analysis and reporting.  Ann’s positive energy and community involvement match well with S&A’s culture and values. In addition to her career in finance, Ann is active within her community by serving several neighborhood and regional organizations.

Deb Moser

Accountant

Deb has over 30 years of management experience in finance, and has held various positions including Risk Manager, Controller, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. She worked for several years in the investment banking/financial services industry, where she honed her financial skills and applied them to address financial statement preparation, reporting and forecasting; operational risk mitigation; and internal control improvements.

As part of the M&S team, she is responsible for the bookkeeping, the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages, and the loan and tax credit compliance related to real estate development projects.

Pam came to Stevens & Associates with a wide range of community experience in banking and real estate. Her skills, energy, and enthusiasm are a welcome addition to the team and valuable in helping manage the office. She has lived in Brattleboro for 18 years and Vermont for the past 30.
