Ann Dillon
Vice President of Finance

Ann brings over 25 years of finance experience including project management, financial reporting and public accounting to the position of CFO for Stevens & Associates. In this role, she manages the company’s accounting, tax management, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Ann’s positive energy and community involvement match well with S&A’s culture and values. In addition to her career in finance, Ann is active within her community by serving several neighborhood and regional organizations.

Deb Moser

Deb has over 30 years of management experience in finance, and has held various positions including Risk Manager, Controller, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. She worked for several years in the investment banking/financial services industry, where she honed her financial skills and applied them to address financial statement preparation, reporting and forecasting; operational risk mitigation; and internal control improvements.

As part of the M&S team, she is responsible for the bookkeeping, the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages, and the loan and tax credit compliance related to real estate development projects.

Pam Matweecha
Office Administrator

Pam came to Stevens & Associates with a wide range of community experience in banking and real estate. Her skills, energy, and enthusiasm are a welcome addition to the team and valuable in helping manage the office. She has lived in Brattleboro for 20 years and Vermont for the past 32.

Olga Peters

Olga Peters joined Stevens & Associates at the request of Bob Stevens. In this role she manages much of the firm’s marketing communications and company image. She brings many years in the field of journalism, a fine command of the English language, an abiding curiosity and thirst for knowledge, as well as an appreciation of British humor. With these tools, fueled by her tactful and sincere methods of inquiry to learn more about people and the world around her, Olga supports the company mission of creating livable communities in two distinct ways. First, she has the enviable job of sharing her colleagues’ great work and achievements with the rest of the world. Second, it is her aim that by sharing this organization’s projects and insight will in turn inspire other organizations to assess their projects impacts on people, the environment, and their local economies.

Ronna Rajaniemi
Graphic Design

Ronna brings an abundance of graphic design experience to Stevens & Associates. Her background includes working in corporate, non-profit, small business, and freelance settings. This broad range of experience gained over a 30+ year career has honed her comprehension of and her ability to execute the creative process. Her penchant for details and fond attachment to managing multi-faceted, complex projects fuels her interest in developing and maintaining brand identity. Ronna is thrilled to be part of the S&A team, offering up her vision and skillset in support of an organization that builds meaningful places.
