Brud Sanderson, PE
Principal, Vice President

S&A principal and vice president Brud Sanderson is a civil and structural engineer. He possesses a strong knowledge of structural design, environmental and civil engineering, and construction administration. Brud’s experience includes site planning, roadway design, sewer and water system design, and drainage and grading design. His recent projects have included everything from site design of multifamily, affordable housing developments and a high-tech industrial business campus, to construction review for a mountain resort. Brud also performs structural assessments of historic buildings and has been involved in the renovation of several buildings damaged by fire.


Victoria-Rose Unwin
Permit Specialist & Team Coordinator

Victoria, or as she more often goes by Tory, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. She has joined our Engineering & Landscape Architecture team as a Permit Specialist and Team Coordinator. Her work here includes assisting with the local and state permitting process, drafting proposals and reports, and general coordination efforts to keep the team running smoothly. As a native Brattleboro resident, it brings her joy to be part of a company that is creating community-minded places.

Erin Fajans, PE
Project Engineer

Erin Fajans earned a Master of Civil Engineering Degree from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College. In addition, Erin was the recipient of the Vermont Technical College Student of the Year and Architectural Engineering Technician of the Year awards. Her previous experience as a mechanical designer and structural engineer included analyzing existing structural framing systems, new platform and foundation designs, as well as modifications to repurpose existing warehouses within the food processing industry. She is currently focusing her efforts on the structural design of commercial and residential projects, and looks forward to applying her experience in commercial construction to her interest of historic preservation and reuse projects within downtown communities.


Zachary Streeter, PE
Project Engineer

Zac holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree from the University of Vermont. He interned with Stevens & Associates and returned as a full-time staff member after graduation. Zac has a keen interest in stormwater management and completed his graduate capstone project on flood mitigation modeling. Since joining Stevens & Associates, Zac has focused on developing his Stormwater, Site Design, and Permitting skills.
