The Owen Building

The historic Owen Building in Providence, Rhode Island, was an 1866 five-story office building that was renovated on historic tax credits making way for two law firms, a financial services firm, and a cafe. Interior space planning included the reconfiguration of the lobby, reception, common areas, and office layouts.

The restoration of the building exterior involved window and brick masonry restoration, along with decorative metal and wood work preservation.

The project received a Certificate of Merit from the Providence Historic Preservation Commission.
