A letter to All,
We hope this message finds you safe and healthy in this challenging time. It is astounding to think that the community, the state, the nation and the globe can get turned on their respective heads in a matter of weeks. Everyone is working tirelessly to define their new normal, trying to make sense of where we are and what lies ahead.
Under the roof of our integrated firm, home of Stevens & Associates (S&A) and M&S Development (M&S), we find ourselves quickly pivoting to meet the needs of both our existing and new (or potential) clients and those who are contemplating working with us on the horizon. We, like so many, are carefully monitoring the rapidly developing facts and response to COVID-19. We take the recommendations of federal, state and local authorities to protect the public’s health, safety and well-being very seriously. All members of our teams – engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, development and marketing – are currently working remotely through secure networks. For those of us who must enter the office, we strictly adhere to the CDC’s guidance on social distancing and have adopted staggered work schedules. We have shifted our meetings to videoconferencing, understanding the power of personal connection in our business. Although our office door is locked to the general public, we are very much open for business.
We are here for you. We have the systems, the teams, the technology and the ability to fulfill our commitments to you, even during this unprecedented time. We remain available to you by phone, videoconference and email, without interruption of service. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need us. Together we will work through this difficult situation.
Bob Stevens, Cory Frehsee, Brud Sanderson, Skye Morse, Katie Stuart-Buckley & the entire S&A and M&S Team
