World Learning Campus Plan

In association with Monroe Whitaker, Landscape Architect, Stevens & Associates developed a campus master plan for World Learning, Inc., a college for international studies and training headquartered in Brattleboro, Vermont.

The Master Plan shifts parking from the core of the campus to its periphery in order to create a pedestrian environment within the campus center. Vehicles are allowed limited access, but their movement is managed through geometric controls and paving textures.

The first stage of the master plan, which includes the relocation of a parking area to create a green campus commons, is currently under design.
