Stevens & Associates provided project management, master planning, subdivision design, and an onsite water system design for this mixed-use Planned Unit Development, which includes seven commercial/industrial office park sites and 40 housing units.
Roads, utility infrastructure, a public commons, and bicycle/pedestrian paths were all designed by the firm, which also provided assistance with funding procurement. For this project, Stevens & Associates obtained over 30 different local, state, and federal permits.
Water source development included well siting and construction as well as water quality testing. Designing the water distribution system involved the design of a water tank, pump station, and piping distribution system for sprinkler and fire hydrant flows.
