Brattleboro Memorial Hospital

Stevens & Associates provided environmental permitting and site design services for the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Outpatient Building.

This 27,500 square foot, $6.5 million addition required substantial permitting effort and design coordination in order to keep the project on schedule and within the budget. This infill project provides 3 stories and 35 parking spaces on an in-town lot in a residential neighborhood.

Securing Act 250, stormwater and local zoning permits required permitting experience and engineering expertise.

In addition to a public outreach campaign, Stevens & Associates assisted with campus master planning and a certificate of need approval in the development process.
