- Landscape
Architect: 2-4 years
experience, and B.S. in either Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning.
- Staff Engineer: 2-4 years of experience.
- Project
Engineer: 2 years of
experience in land development and utility design.
- Project Manager: 6-8 years of experience, a B.S.C.E, and
professional registration.
- Associate
Engineer at Entry Level:
Associates or B.S. degree.

We specialize in the development of livable communities,
including traffic calming, bicycle and pedestrian amenities, campus
design and multi-modal transportation facilities. Our clients include
municipalities, institutions and non-profit housing developers. Stevens
& Associates provides the opportunity to plan and design
significant civic and institutional projects that shape communities.
Project
Managers require a
BSCE, professional registration and a minimum of 6-8 years experience.
Duties would include all aspects of team oversight and design and plan
preparation for civil engineering projects, including proposal writing
and budget fee development, specifications, cost estimating, schedule
development and client relations. A strong background in AutoCad and
Land Development software programs is preferred. Experience in
transportation planning studies and report preparation is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Project Engineers require a BSCE and a minimum of 2 years experience in
the design of civil
engineering projects, including design of layout, grading, water,
sewer, and storm drainage systems. A strong background in AutoCad and
Land Development software programs is required. Strong written and
verbal communication skills are desired.
Landscape Architects must have a B.S. in either Landscape Architecture
of Urban Planning. The position requires 2-4 years experience in
planning, site analysis, land development, and utility and roadway
design. Knowledge of Vermont environmental permitting and AutoCad is a
plus.
