Our Office

Stevens & Associates is housed in the historic Cutler Block, an 1840s, three-story brick building in the heart of historic downtown Brattleboro, Vermont.

Our firm renovated the building, turning the run-down residential site into a mixed-use commercial site. A thriving, ground-floor store front (currently a pub) is topped by two floors of open, daylit office space.

The rehabilitation included structural repairs, asbestos abatement, new heating and air-conditioning systems, and new electrical and lighting systems. Worn surfaces, including floors, walls, and trim, were refinished.
