Stevens & Associates is a fully integrated, award-winning firm offering structural and civil engineering, landscape architecture, and planning services from its offices in Brattleboro, Vermont. Our work covers all of southern Vermont and a broad range of project types, from affordable housing to commercial and municipal buildings, and includes both new construction and renovation work.

We are particularly passionate about projects that contribute to livable communities. These projects embrace the historic fabric of our New England downtowns through adaptive reuse of old buildings, sensitive design of new buildings, and creation of pedestrian-friendly, vibrant downtown areas.
